As a keen listener and insightful reader of people, Amanda is an expert negotiator. She is a mediator and member of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand Inc (AIMNZ) acting as a private mediator with a compassionate yet robust approach to helping parties resolve relationship property and care of children matters, disputed Wills and contested estate matters.
Amanda is a Certified Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. She has been ranked by Doyle’s Guide (Australasia’s independent legal directory of leading lawyers) as one of three Pre-Eminent New Zealand lawyers in relationship property and family law since 2019. Her team at Haigh Lyon is ranked by Doyle’s as a Top Tier Law Firm for family and relationship property.
